At Zackwebshop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Damages and Issues

We take care in packaging and shipping our products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

We only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.

The return shipment is free to the Printful facility.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue to zackwebshop@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.

If you provide an insufficient or wrong address the shipment will be returned to the Printfull facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we update the shipping address.

If a product is returned, it’ll be shipped back to the Printfull facility and placed in temporary returns storage for 30 days at no cost.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, certain items are non-returnable or have specific return limitations due to their nature. These include:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products, such as:

• T-shirts and mugs that have been used or washed.
• Any other items deemed non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at zackweb@gmail.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

For eligible returns, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
